[Lanforge] Beta 4.4.1 release (Windows build) available for preview.

A new windows build of LANforge is available now on our web site:
http://www.candelatech.com/private/downloads/r4.4.1/

This should be considered alpha or beta quality.  Please report
any bugs or further suggestions for improvement if you get a chance
to try it out.

New features:

h323 VOIP call support (limitted feature set at the moment, but direct
   calling between LANforge systems works.)
Upgraded installer to automatically install libPcap if requested.
Automatically start LANforge configuration utility upon completion of install.
LANforge configuration tool creates batch scripts that will restart the server(s)
   if they crash or are restarted through the GUI or CLI.
LANforge server processes will be started upon system boot.

If you use the new installer, and choose to run the configuration tool and
install winPcap, that should be the entire install process.  No need to copy
files around manually.
