I used LANforge, before 2 months. what i did was to
install a lanforge server on a machine and on that
machine i built up a wan link between two other PCs
(client and server). That is, 
PC1_ClientFTP----> LF server ----> PC2_ServerFTP. By
that i could change bandwidth, RTT, packet loss and
jitter.
