[VLAN] gARPs and VLAN

Hi,

I'm trying to send a an GARP over a VLAN interface. Should I be using
SOCK_RAW or SOCK_DGRAM with PFPACKET? I tried using SOCK_DGRAM and
sending in a buffer with only the ARP payload but it doesn't work. I
don't see a GARP packet on Ethereal. I'm doing something wrong?

Any help is appreciated.
